of the Water Utilities Department is to provide
uninterrupted potable water and sanitary sewer services to
its customers while meeting State and Federal regulations.
The services shall continuously improve with rehabilitation
of the water and sanitary sewer infrastructure; superior
customer service increasingly enhancing the quality of life
and protecting public health and the environment; and
planning to ensure the availability of water resources for
future generations.”
